Mission Statement:
The Y.E.S. Foundation serves as a resource and support organization
empowering youth to become positive leaders at home, school,
and in their communities. This is done by incorporating life
and ethic skills training, social development, educational enrichment,
values clarification and experiential learning opportunities
through after-school, out-of-school activities and mentoring.
Project Goals
The Y.E.S. objective is to teach concepts and skills which will
empower youth, build self-esteem, confidence, stimulate self-sufficiency
and assist participants in understanding the importance of good
communication and presentation skills.
Y.E.S. Foundation is a year round program for youth (school
age to 15) which offers an after school program and summer academy.
Y.E.S. is located in the heart of Louisville’s inner city.
